The client has the right

To request a change of services or a full refund within 24 hours after receiving (or sending) the authorization data in the client’s personal account, provided that the service does not meet the client’s needs for objective reasons, and the client has not violated the terms of the Public Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

To request a full refund within fourteen days after the complete purchase of services, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights», if the services were not provided as per the agreed conditions.

Request a refund for an unused payment period if the services were not provided in accordance with the terms.
